Shipping to Canada and APO/FPOs
To ship to Canada or a military address, choose your recipient's address at checkout after logging in to your account. For Canadian orders, we use UPS Standard. For APO/FPO orders, we use USPS Priority.

Free Shipping
To qualify for free shipping purchuse 4 bags of coffee. 4 bags must be present in shopping cart to qualify for this discount.

Returns and Exchanges
We are committed to providing our Customers the finest hand-crafted artisan coffee available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet and exceed this expectation, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other BuyWell products.

Automatic Orders
Our policy is to never make orders automatic unless our customers request that service during checkout. Customers who check this option during online checkout will automatically receive the same order delivered on their selected schedule.

Orders are shipped to the default shipping address associated with your account.
You MUST make sure that the billing and shipping addresses are current. BuyWell Customer Care representatives are unable to access your password protected account. To change the billing or shipping address associated with your automatic order, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your BuyWell account
2. Click on the "My Account" tab
3. On the right side of the screen, you will see options under "Support." Click on "Edit Your Profile."
4. Update relevant shipping or billing address.
5. When you are finished, cick on the yellow button that says "Use this address" to save your changes.

Automatic orders can be canceled at any time. Simply contact Customer Service at customer.care@buywellcoffee.com or 877.294.6246.

If an automatic order has already been shipped out, we will be unable to refund money for that order. However, we will ensure that you will not receive or be billed for any further automatic orders following cancellation.
